NeuroSafe Resources
If you're seeing this page then you may be in a designated NeuroSafe Space or in need of some grounding exercises. Below is our Colour Changing Cloud guided colour breathing which has been designed to help anyone who may be feeling tense, uncomfortable or unsure, to allow them time to recognise their feelings before moving forward with their day. We recommend you start with this exercise before looking at the other resources if you feel you need further support.
